Sugar Bowl Academy

Sugar Bowl Academy, a high school for top skiers, was founded in 1998 in Tahoe, CA. In ski academy years, it’s a young program—one still trying to make a name for itself by getting Alpine, Nordic, and Freeride skiers into the best college programs, and onto the U.S. Olympic team. They asked us to create recruitment materials that reflect the school’s youthful spirit, holistic learning environment, and passion for skiing. So, we developed a brand look and voice that does something no other ski school does: speak directly to the students themselves (knowing it’s the parents who ultimately foot the bill).
